精英發展學院（EDA） 我們努力在健身房和球場、球場、鑽石、賽道、戒指、球場或任何您參加比賽的地方提供個性化的發展課程。
新西蘭的大多數運動員都缺乏必要的訓練才能達到更高的水平以取得成功。由於大多數訓練是在大型團體或團隊環境中進行的，這限制了個別運動員的成長機會。

我們願意與所有能力水平的運動員合作，只要他們有明確的抱負或目標，無論大小。我們還與所有年齡段的運動員合作，從初級 (6-12 歲)，到青年 (12-18 歲)，再到成人 (18+ 歲/歲)。我們每週 7 天都有空位，在下哈特的理光體育中心工作。

基蘭·麥克明
導演兼教練
Kieran 擁有數千小時的私人教練經驗，可追溯到 2015 年，曾與各種俱樂部、學校和私人組織合作。他擁有從初學者到各種運動的精英運動員的所有年齡和能力水平的工作經驗。他是新西蘭頂級足球的常客，在 NRFL、中央聯盟和國家聯盟擁有豐富的經驗，並曾在美國的海外踢球。
Kieran 擁有康考迪亞大學 - 波特蘭的體育與運動科學學士學位和體育管理輔修學位。他目前還在與巴黎圣日耳曼足球俱樂部合作，通過 AUT完成他的哲學碩士論文，研究和與精英水平的足球運動員合作。他還持有多項教練證書，包括他通過新西蘭足球獲得的初級 3 級執照 (JL3)。
他目前在惠靈頓鳳凰學院擔任助理力量和體能教練。

Partnerships
Elite Development Academy have partnered with Dynamic Sport New Zealand. They will be our exclusive equipment supplier and through their association with uhlsport, will also be our exclusive teamwear supplier.

Elite Development Academy operates out of multiple venues around Hutt Valley and the wider Wellington region, however, our home and hub is at Fraser Park at the Ricoh Sports Centre.
